Note - it is not possible to create a Package unless you have already created a Service. To learn more about creating Services click HERE.
The Packages page gives you an overview of all the Packages you offer. Packages are collections of Service offered as a Package or Package which can be assigned to Clients so they can have booking credits assigned to their profiles.
You can filter the Packages by Location, Trainers, Service Categories and Active and Inactive Packages.
ADDING / EDITING A PACKAGE
When adding a Package there are 5 separate sections that must be completed.
- Basic Settings
- Package/Package Type
- Package/Package Credits
- Payment Information
The following fields should all be completed:
- Title of the Package.
- Description of the Package.
- Locations - where the Package is offered in.
- Status - whether the Package is Active or Inactive.
- Logo - a specific Logo can be added to a Package (only useful is shown to Clients)
- Video - a specific Video can be added to a Package
Package Types can be:
A Package that can has no expiration date. Credits will never expire for Clients if this option is selected.

ADDING AN INDIVIDUAL GROUP EX PACKAGE
A Package that has a specific expiration period assigned to it. Options include a specific number of:
If a Package is assigned to a Client and it is marked as EXSPIRABLE and the Service credits are not used with the expiration period, the Package will expire and the unused credits will be re re-credited back to the system. The Client will lose any unused credits.
Should Users want to extend the expiration period of assigned Package, they can do so in the Client Packages section.
A Package that has been created to have a Subscription type, will have multiple options to assign Service credits to Clients over a specific period and with a variety of credit and Payment options.

Services added to a Package can be chosen by selecting Pick Service. Once these Services are chosen they must be added by selecting the "+ADD" button. Each Service must have a number of Credits.
For example: If there are 4 ETM Lecture days in a Package, 4 would be selected on the right hand side of the form. All Services within a particular Package must be added.
LIMIT PER-PACKAGE NUMBER OF CREDITS
If Users want to restrict the number of total credits that Clients use within a Package they can do this by selecting LIMIT TO and then enter the number of credits.
User must enter the payment details for this Package and should fill in the following options:
Users can define who can see this Package and assign it to Clients.
Users can configured if a Package is FREE or is PAID. If PAID is selected, Users should enter the default price for the Package.
There are also options to:
- Hide Price (from Clients)
- Show Price (to Clients)
- Has tax (Users should manually enter the tax amount - this will be shown in Reports and in Client receipts)
SELECT A PAYEE
Users can select if the payee of the Package is the Club or if it should be paid directly to the Trainer. Only Trainers marked as "Self Employed" will be shown in the list if Trainer is selected.
It is possible to offer Custom Rates for specific Clients or Groups of Clients. Users should select the required filter and then enter a Custom Rate accordingly. When Clients that have a Custom Rate associated to them (individually or through Groups), they will see this price as will other Users that have permission to assign Packages to Clients.
ALLOWED PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Users are able to select which specific Payment Providers are associated to this Package. This list is configured in SETTINGS > PAYMENTS by Club Administrators.
Users can configure specific additional Notifications that relate to this specific Package which may be different from the general system notifications configured in NOTIFICATIONS by Club Administrators.
Users can enter custom terms of service which can be presented to Clients if Users have configured the Client portal to enable Clients to purchase Packages online.
Users can configure if this specific Package should remind Clients when it is about to expire if Payment Type = Expiration.
Users can configure a custom Subscription notification if Payment Type = Subscription.
Once users have configured the Package exactly as they would like, they should select CREATE. If there are any problems with the data entered in the form (i.e. Users have missed a mandatory field) the Package will not create. Users should go through each of the Package options to view and amend the issue.
