This article shows users the Role structure for team members in the software and outlines the functionality shown on the Team Overview page.
There are a number of different roles within the system as shown below.
This User is has see all - do all permissions on the system and can configure how the system is set up and configured for all users. This User is a Manager Role in the system.
This Users is similar to the Club Manager and has see all - do all permission for associated Locations unless specific areas of the system have been closed down for them by the Club Manager. This User is a Manager Role in the system.
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
This User sits below the Club Manager and PT Manager roles and has less permissions automatically in the software. FOHM Users cannot set up and configure Packages and Services or adjust system configuration. FOHM's only have permission to see specific Locations associated to their profile by Manager roles.
This Users sits below FOHM Users and has no permissions to configure Packages, Services or system configuration and only have permission to see specific Locations associated to their profile by Manager roles.
This Users sits below FOHM Users and has no permissions to configure Packages, Services or system configuration and only have permission to see specific Locations associated to their profile by Manager roles. This User has the ability to be associated as the Payee of a Courses and can see their own Money section in the software.
The Client role sits at the bottom of the role hierarchy below the Trainers roles.
This page has a number of attributes as outlined below.
Users can search for a Trainer in the Search Bar. The search field will search with the following information:
- Email address
There are a number of filters on this page which enable Users to see the Tutors they want based on their role as follows:
- Employed Trainer
- Self-Employed Trainer
- Front House Manager
- PT Manager
- Club Manager
Users can filter Team members by the following Status'
Users can filter Team member by Active Locations that have been associated to the system.
Users can filter Team member by Active Groups that have been associated to the system.
Filtered Team members are shown to users with the following headers
- Next Appointment
- User Number
TEAM USER PROFILE
Users are able to select a Team member and view more information on their profile. Here Users with the relevant permissions can see the following:
- Profile details
- Spoof link
- Edit profile
- Future appointments
- Past appointments
Users with the relevant permissions are able to SPOOF as a Team member, which means that they are able to bypass log in and view the team members site without having to use the team members log in credentials.
